We are thankful to our Lord for the children He places in our midst. We regard the children of believing parents as “children of the covenant,” and thus members of Christ’s Church. We seek to support the parents’ calling to bring up their children in the nurture and instruction of the Lord (Ephesians 5:6). It is our desire to have our young families in the sanctuary during our worship service as the scriptures reveal that families would bring their “babes in arms” to the worship gatherings recorded in the Old Testament. However, we are aware of the challenges certain ages pose to “sitting still” for long periods of time. We have children’s church for children ages 3-7 each Sunday morning.
